Wildlife Table Runners

Deer, bears, wolves, foxes and elk, drawn either as folk-art silhouettes or as full painted scenes. A wildlife runner is the quickest way to make a dining table match a room that already has antlers, wood or a stone hearth in it.

The long, narrow shape suits animals in motion — a herd crossing the cloth, a stag centred with pine running to both ends. Designs come in quilted cotton with a bound edge, or velvet for deeper colour in a darker room. Three lengths, 48, 72 and 108 inches long and 14 inches wide.

These work past Christmas, which is the point: a lot of winter decorating comes down in January and a woodland runner does not have to. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. The design is printed into the fabric the full length of the runner, so it does not fade at the folds or crack along the edge. Made to order in the United States.
