Personalisation you supply

You are responsible for the text you enter. By submitting it you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark or copyright. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order whose personalisation is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or infringes third-party rights.

Product descriptions and images

Our product images are illustrative renderings of the design. Colours vary between screens, and handmade finishing means small variations between pieces. We describe materials and dimensions as accurately as we can; if anything is wrong, tell us and we will fix both the listing and your order.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or receiving a full refund.
