How many characters can I use?
Wall clocks fit up to 12 characters. Watch dials fit up to 10. Letters, numbers and spaces only. Longer names have to be set smaller, and past those limits they stop being readable.
Can I use accented characters?
Sometimes. Some designs render them cleanly and some do not. Email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly how yours will look.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Ask us in the order notes and we will email you a digital proof before production starts.
I made a typo. Can I fix it?
Contact us immediately. If production has not started we will correct it free. Once it has started we cannot change it.
Delivery
How long will it take?
Wall clocks: 3 to 5 days to make, then 7 to 15 days to deliver, so 10 to 20 days in total. Watches: 5 to 7 days to make, then 7 to 15 days to deliver, so 12 to 22 days in total.
Why does it take longer than other shops?
Because your piece does not exist until you order it. Nothing is pre-made.
My tracking has not updated.
Tracking usually takes 3 to 5 days to show its first scan. If nothing has moved after 7 days, contact us.
Products
What are the wall clocks made from?
A printed acrylic panel with a silent quartz movement. They are light, they will not rust, and they hang on a single nail or an adhesive hook.
What sizes do the wall clocks come in?
Five square sizes: 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 cm, which is roughly 8 to 16 inches.
Do the wall clocks need batteries?
Yes, one AA battery, not included. Shipping restrictions on batteries make it simpler for you to use one you already have.
What finish do the watches come in?
A black case with a matching black metal link bracelet, adjustable to fit. The artwork and your name are printed on the dial.
Can I swim or shower wearing the watch?
No. The watches handle splashes and rain, not swimming, diving or hot showers.
Orders and returns
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Personalized pieces cannot be resold to anyone else, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Please double-check your spelling and your size choice before ordering.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
We remake and reship it at no cost. Send us a photo and we will sort it out. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if production has not started. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. Contact us if you would like to be told when we do.
