Delivery

How long will it take?

Production is 5 to 7 business days on every line. Delivery is a further 7 to 15 days in the United States, or 10 to 25 days internationally. So most orders land in 12 to 22 days in total.

Why does it take longer than other shops?

Because your piece does not exist until you order it. Nothing is pre-made and nothing sits in a warehouse. That is also why we can offer twenty-nine thousand designs instead of a few hundred.

My tracking has not updated.

Tracking usually takes 3 to 5 days to show its first scan. If nothing has moved after 7 days, contact us.

My order arrived in two parcels.

If you ordered from more than one line, they are produced separately and may ship separately. You are only charged shipping once.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Printed items with no name on them — table runners, sofa covers, tree skirts, ornaments and apparel — can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Email us for the return address before you post anything.

Personalised wall clocks and watches cannot be returned for a change of mind, because the piece carries a name and cannot be sold to anyone else.

It arrived damaged, or it is the wrong item.

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, and we do not ask you to send the item back. This applies to everything we sell.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge, at any time before production starts — usually within 24 hours of ordering. After that the materials are committed.

Table runners

What sizes do they come in?

Three lengths, all 14 inches wide: 48, 72 and 108 inches. The 72 inch fits a standard six-seat dining table.

Quilted or velvet?

Quilted cotton grips the table and needs no aftercare; velvet has more depth of colour and suits an evening table but can slide on a polished surface. Every design comes in both.

Sofa covers

Will it stay in place?

On a fabric sofa, yes. There is a non-slip backing, but what really holds a cover is tucking it firmly into the seat crease and putting the seat cushions back on top. On smooth leather it will need straightening more often.

How do I choose the size?

Measure the width across the back of your sofa, from the outer edge of one arm to the other, and match that number rather than the number of seats. Five fits run from armchair at 72 inches to oversized at 126 inches. If you are between two sizes, take the larger.

Tree skirts and ornaments

What size tree skirt do I need?

36 inches for trees up to about 5 feet, 48 inches for a standard 6 to 7 foot tree, and 72 inches for 8 feet and over or where a lot of presents go underneath. Size to the widest branches and the stand, not to the height.

What are the ornaments made from?

Printed acrylic, in 3.15, 3.5 and 4.5 inch diameters, with a hanging cord attached. Acrylic rather than glass because they survive lofts and cats. An elegant gift box can be added on the product page.

Apparel

Why are the sizes listed out of order?

The list reads S to 5XL, then XS and 7XL. Those last two exist only on the Ugly Sweater, which is the one style with a wider size run, so they join the list at the end. It is not a fault.

Will the print fade?

No. The design goes into the fabric rather than onto it, so there is no surface layer to crack or peel. Cold wash, tumble dry low, no fabric softener on fleece.

Personalised clocks and watches

How many characters can I use?

Up to 25 characters: letters, numbers, spaces and accented characters. For the name to stay readable across a room we recommend 12 characters or fewer on a wall clock and 10 or fewer on a watch dial. Longer names still print, they just have to be set smaller.

Can I see a proof before you make it?

Ask in the order notes and we will email you a digital proof before production starts.

I made a typo. Can I fix it?

What are the wall clocks made from?

A printed acrylic panel with a silent quartz movement, in five square sizes from 20 to 40 cm. They take one AA battery, not included.

Can I swim or shower wearing the watch?

No. The watches handle splashes and rain, not swimming, diving or hot showers.
