The three questions we get most
How many characters can I use?
Wall clocks fit up to 12. Watch dials fit up to 10. Letters, numbers and spaces only. Past those limits the name has to be set so small it stops being readable.
I made a typo. Can you fix it?
Yes, if production has not started — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us immediately with your order number. Once production has started we cannot change it, because the personalized part is already committed.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Your piece carries a name, which makes it unsellable to anyone else. Please check spelling and size before ordering. If it arrives damaged or wrong through our error, that is a different matter entirely and we remake it free.

Email us and you get a reply from someone who can actually look at your order, within one business day, Monday to Friday. Include your order number and a photo if something is wrong.
