Where is my order?
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. Use the link in that email, or paste the number into the carrier's own tracking page.
Before you worry, read this
Two things look alarming and are completely normal.
Your tracking number shows nothing for several days
Tracking usually takes three to five days to register its first scan. The parcel is moving; the scan simply has not happened yet. If nothing has changed after seven days, write to us.
Nothing has shipped yet and it has been a week
Your piece is still being made. Production takes 3 to 5 days for wall clocks and 5 to 7 days for watches, and the clock only starts on business days. Shipping time is counted after that.

Email us with your order number. If the parcel is genuinely lost or badly delayed, we remake and reship at no cost — you do not have to argue for it.
