Where is my order?
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. Use the link in that email, or paste the number into the carrier's own tracking page.
Before you worry, read this
Two things look alarming and are completely normal.
Your tracking number shows nothing for several days
Tracking usually takes three to five days to register its first scan. The parcel is moving; the scan simply has not happened yet. If nothing has changed after seven days, write to us.
Nothing has shipped yet and it has been a week
Your piece is still being made. Production runs 5 to 7 days on every line, counted in business days. Shipping time starts after that, not from the day you ordered.

Add 10 to 25 days instead of 7 to 15 for delivery outside the United States, and two to three days to production in November and December.
Your order arrived in two parcels
If you ordered from more than one line — say a tree skirt and a set of ornaments — they are produced separately and may ship separately. You are only charged shipping once, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Still stuck?
Email us with your order number. If the parcel is genuinely lost or badly delayed, we remake and reship at no cost — you do not have to argue for it.
