What we collect

Order information: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the personalisation text you enter.
Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Device information: browser type, IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies so the store works and so we can see what is popular.

Why we collect it

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to prevent fraud, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: Shopify, which hosts this store; our payment processor; our manufacturing and shipping partners, who receive your delivery address and your personalisation text but nothing else.

Your personalisation text

The name you enter is printed or engraved on a physical product and is shared with the workshop that makes it. Please do not enter anything you would not want a stranger to read.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete anything not covered by that obligation.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@miravocustom.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have additional statutory rights and we will honour them.
