Before you order

If you want to see how a name will be set into a design before it goes to production, ask in the order notes and we will email you a proof. Names with accents print the same as any other character.

Changing or cancelling an order

Production usually starts within about 24 hours of ordering, and once a piece carrying someone's name has been made it cannot be sold to anyone else. So if you spot a misspelling or want to change a size or finish, email us straight away and we will catch it if we still can.

Something arrived wrong

Send a photo with your order number. A photo is enough — we do not ask you to ship the item back before we remake or refund it.
