Everything is made after you order

Nothing in this store sits in a warehouse. Your piece is produced once your order is placed, which is why the total time is longer than ordinary online shopping.

During November and December production can run two to three days longer.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Wall clocks and watches ship at different rates because they are very different parcels.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking can take three to five days to show its first scan. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If nothing has moved after seven days, contact us.

Ordering for a specific date

Count back at least four weeks from the day you need the gift in hand. For Christmas delivery, order by the end of November. We would rather you order early than be disappointed.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or the personalisation is wrong through our error, contact us at support@miravocustom.com. We remake and reship at no cost to you, and we do not ask you to send the damaged item back.
