Shipping and Delivery
How long it takes
Every order is made after you place it, so the total time has two parts: production, then delivery. Nothing is picked off a shelf.

Delivery outside the United States takes 10 to 25 days rather than 7 to 15. During November and December, production can run two to three days longer across every line.

The rate is the same whatever you order and wherever you are, and it does not change with quantity. We ship worldwide. Depending on the design, your order is made and dispatched either from our workshop in the United States or from our production partner in China. Orders that cross a border clear customs in the destination country — including orders dispatched from China to the United States; any duty or import tax is set by that country and is payable by the recipient, not by us.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing scans. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If nothing has moved after seven days, contact us.
How it ships
Table runners, tree skirts, sofa covers and apparel ship folded in a protective courier bag. Ornaments ship in a rigid mailer, or in your chosen gift box if you selected one. Wall clocks ship in a protective courier bag; watches ship in a gift box inside one.
Orders containing more than one line may arrive in more than one parcel, because the lines are produced separately. You are charged shipping once.
Ordering for a specific date
Count back at least four weeks in the United States, or six weeks internationally, from the day you need it in hand. For Christmas delivery, order by the end of November. Tree skirts and ornaments are the two lines that get busy first, usually from early November.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or the personalisation is wrong through our error, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will remake and reship at no cost. We do not ask you to send the damaged item back — a photo is enough.
