How long it takes
Every order is made to order, so the total time has two parts. Wall clocks and watches are produced on different lines, so their timings differ.

During November and December, production can run two to three days longer.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to start showing scans. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
How it ships
Wall clocks ship in a protective courier bag. Watches ship in your chosen gift box inside a courier bag. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Ordering for a specific date
If the gift is for a birthday, anniversary or holiday, count back at least four weeks from the day you need it in hand. For Christmas delivery, place your order by the end of November. We would rather you order early than be disappointed.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or the personalization is wrong through our error, contact us. We will remake and reship the piece at no cost to you. We do not ask you to send the damaged item back.
