We make one thing, and we make it for one person
MiravoCustom exists because most gifts are forgettable. A mug with a slogan gets used twice. A gift card gets spent and never thought about again. But a piece with someone's name set into the design is different — it can only ever belong to them, and that is why it stays on the wall or on the wrist for years.
What we sell
Two things, done properly. Wall clocks printed on acrylic in five sizes, and wrist watches with the artwork and a name printed onto the dial. Every design is original artwork, and every piece is made only after somebody orders it.
How we work
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. When your order arrives, a person reads the name you typed and checks it will fit and read cleanly before anything goes into production. If it will not work, we email you rather than guess. That single step is the reason we can promise the name will be right.
It also means waiting. Ten to twenty days for a clock, twelve to twenty-two for a watch. We could hold stock and ship faster, but then nothing would carry your name.
What we promise
- The name is spelled exactly as you type it, checked by a person first.
- If it arrives damaged, or wrong through our error, we remake it free. We do not ask you to ship the broken one back.
- We tell you the real delivery window up front, including the slow part.
