About the design

Custom shape refers to the contour-cut outline, not custom text or a personalized name. Feather texture, snow and visual depth are printed effects on a smooth flat acrylic surface; this is not a sculpted bird or a layered resin ornament. Tree decorations and background props are not included.

Ornaments come in three diameters, printed on both sides of acrylic with a gold hanging cord fitted.

3.15" (8 cm) — a crowded tree, gift toppers, garlands

4.5" (11.5 cm) — a statement piece, or the single ornament on a small tree

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.

Acrylic rather than glass — it survives lofts, boxes and cats
Store boxed or flat, printed faces away from rough surfaces

This design carries no personalisation, so it can be returned for any reason — including a change of mind — within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Email us with your order number first and we will send the return address.

We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:

it arrives damaged or defective
you received the wrong item
the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
