Size Guide
Wall clocks come in five sizes. The measurement is the full width of the piece, not the dial.
- 20 cm (8 in) — desks, shelves, small kitchens
- 25 cm (10 in) — hallways, bedsides
- 30 cm (12 in) — bedrooms, home offices
- 35 cm (14 in) — living rooms, kitchens
- 40 cm (16 in) — open walls, stairwells, the piece you want people to notice
Watches come with a metal or a leather strap, in men's and women's cases. Both straps are adjustable and fit most wrists.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.
Care Instructions
Wall clocks
- Wipe the face with a soft dry cloth
- For marks, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately
- Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners on acrylic
- Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight
- Takes one AA battery, not included
Watches
- Splash resistant only — do not swim or shower in it
- Wipe the case and strap dry after contact with water or sweat
- Keep leather straps away from perfume and prolonged damp
- Any watchmaker can change the battery
Returns & Refunds
Every piece carries a name chosen by the buyer, which makes it unsellable to anyone else. For that reason we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. Please check your spelling and your size before ordering.
We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:
- it arrives damaged or defective
- the personalisation is wrong through our error
- you received the wrong item
- the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. A photo is enough — we do not ask you to send the item back. You can cancel free of charge any time before production starts, usually within 24 hours of ordering.
