This is a printed piece. The design goes onto real acrylic, and the surface stays flat — the raised look in the photographs is shading within the print itself, not embossing, not quilted relief and not a moulded texture.

Ornaments come in three diameters, printed on both sides of acrylic with a gold hanging cord fitted.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.

Store boxed or flat, printed faces away from rough surfaces

This design carries no personalisation, so it can be returned for any reason — including a change of mind — within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Email us with your order number first and we will send the return address.

We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:

it arrives damaged or defective
you received the wrong item
the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
