Worth saying plainly, because it is the thing people most often misread: the depth you can see in the images is printed. The material is real brushed fleece and its surface is smooth and level. There is no raised stitching and no sculpted layer.

Size Guide
Hoodies, pull hoodies and t-shirts run S to 5XL; the Ugly Sweater runs XS to 7XL. Full measurement charts for every style are in the product description above — check them rather than guessing from your usual label, because all-over-print garments are sized generously through the body.
Between two sizes? Take the larger for a hoodie you will layer over other clothes, the smaller for a t-shirt you want fitted.
Chart measurements allow a 1–2 inch tolerance.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.
Care Instructions
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low
- No bleach, and no fabric softener on fleece
- Do not iron the print directly
- The design is in the fabric, not on it, so it will not crack or peel at the folds
Returns & Refunds
This design carries no personalisation, so it can be returned for any reason — including a change of mind — within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Email us with your order number first and we will send the return address.
We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:
- it arrives damaged or defective
- you received the wrong item
- the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. A photo is enough — we do not ask you to send the item back. You can cancel free of charge any time before production starts, usually within 24 hours. Full detail is in our refund policy.
