Personalized Birthday Conservatory Quilted Bedding Set

Enter the calendar title in Name, up to 25 characters, and exactly three names up to 20 characters each paired with their birthdays in MM-DD format. For example, 06-15 prints the name and 15 under JUN. Names print uppercase. February 29 is supported. Entries are grouped under their corresponding months; if multiple entries share a month, they are stacked in member order. This perpetual design has three birthday entries, no year, weekday grid or moving parts. Check names, valid month/day values and pairing before adding to cart.
