The artwork is printed onto real acrylic. The three-dimensional depth you can see in the photographs is part of the printed design — the surface itself is smooth and flat, not embossed or raised. It is a printed piece, not a 3D render and not a sculpted texture.

Size Guide
Ornaments come in three diameters, printed on both sides of acrylic with a gold hanging cord fitted.
- 3.15" (8 cm) — a crowded tree, gift toppers, garlands
- 3.5" (9 cm) — the standard bauble size
- 4.5" (11.5 cm) — a statement piece, or the single ornament on a small tree
An Elegant Gift Box can be added on the product page — it turns the ornament into a present without any wrapping.

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.
Care Instructions
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth
- For marks, use a barely damp cloth and dry immediately
- Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners on acrylic
- Acrylic rather than glass — it survives lofts, boxes and cats
- Store boxed or flat, printed faces away from rough surfaces
Returns & Refunds
This piece is printed with the name you enter, which makes it unsellable to anyone else. For that reason we cannot accept returns for a change of mind — please check the spelling and your chosen size before ordering.
We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:
- it arrives damaged or defective
- the personalisation is wrong through our error
- you received the wrong item
- the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. A photo is enough — we do not ask you to send the item back. You can cancel free of charge any time before production starts, usually within 24 hours. Full detail is in our refund policy.
