About the design

Custom shape refers to the contour-cut outline; this design also includes the name you enter. Celestial faces, filigree and visual depth are printed effects on smooth flat acrylic; this is not a sculpted metal or layered resin ornament. Tree decorations and background props are not included.

Personalization

Enter the name exactly as you want it printed in the Name field, up to 25 characters. The image shows The Morgans as an example; your entered name replaces it. Check spelling before adding to cart. Letter size may be adjusted to fit the artwork.

Ornaments come in three diameters, printed on both sides of acrylic with a gold hanging cord fitted.

3.15" (8 cm) — a crowded tree, gift toppers, garlands

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. The first scan can take three to five days to appear, which is normal.

Store boxed or flat, printed faces away from rough surfaces

This piece is printed with the name you enter, which makes it unsellable to anyone else. For that reason we cannot accept returns for a change of mind — please check the spelling and your chosen size before ordering.

We will remake and reship at no cost, or refund in full, if:

it arrives damaged or defective
the personalisation is wrong through our error
you received the wrong item
the parcel is confirmed lost in transit
